How Much Will This Cost?
Gade & Parekh, LLP, charges the standard fee charged by all attorneys in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases. That fee is 25 percent of your back benefits, not to exceed $6,000. This amount is set by law, and the fee must be approved by Social Security before it is paid.
We do not get paid unless we win your case. You will also reimburse us for the expenses of obtaining your updated medical records or other evidence.
