How Much Will This Cost?

Gade & Parekh, LLP, charges the standard fee charged by all attorneys in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases. If the Social Security Administration favorably decides your claim at any stage through the first hearing before an Administrative Law Judge, the attorneys’ fees will be 25% of the past-due benefits or the statutory cap imposed by law, whichever is less. The fee is contingent: if our attorneys do not win the case, the client does not owe a fee. 

We do not get paid unless we win your case. You will also reimburse us for the expenses of obtaining your updated medical records or other evidence.
